PONY League Presidents' Meeting November 21, 2009 10 am - 1 pm at the Bellevue Boys and Girls Club 209 100th Avenue NE, Bellevue, WA 98004. Joe Gagliardi, West Zone Vice President, will be present again this year. Including Jean Rickerson presentation on Concussion and Head Injury - with Jean's Video Help! My Bell Just Rang. "The Lystedt Law A youth athlete who is suspected of sustaining a concussion or head injury in a practice or game shall be removed from cmpetition at that time...and may not return to play until the athlete is evaluated by a licensed health-care provider trained in the evaluation and management of concussion and received written clearance to return to play from that health-care provider."
